The following conditions are not covered by the Fine Arts insurance:
- Wear and tear, gradual deterioration, moths, vermin, inherent vice, loss or damage sustained due to any repair, restoration or retouch process
- War
- Shipments by mail, unless by registered first class mail or parcel post (Shipments by parcel post shall not exceed $1,000 in value)
- Loss or damage to property shipped under "on deck" Bills of Lading
- Radioactive or nuclear contamination
- Chemical, nuclear, biological, biochemical, electromagnetic weapons and cyber attack
- Terrorism
